Our contact form collects information solely for the purpose of sending and troubleshooting sending us a message. Your information is collected in log format as well as in the message that is sent to the intended recipient. The information is used to create and send the message to the contact message address defined by the server and then discarded by the server. This information is never repurposed for sending you information other than in response to your message.
In the Tools section (apps.gamv.ca), form information provided may be transmitted to the server for processing. Uploaded files are used in a temporary fashion to process the uploaded information to delivered back to you. It is not stored in a permanent manner, though temporary versions of the file may reside until cleared by the application or an administrator.
